IMPORTANT: Once the client has used their initial three free revisions, any further alterations will be priced at an extra €5 per change, with potential additional fees based on the complexity of the requested changes. Therefore, please provide clear references and descriptions to avoid additional charges.

TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMMISSIONED ARTWORK

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between @rlxpls ("Artist") and the client ("Client") for the commission of artwork. By engaging in a commission and agreeing to these terms, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following:PAYMENT AND REFUND:
- The Client agrees to pay the Artist the agreed-upon amount for the commission prior to the commencement of work.
- Payment will be made via PayPal, Revolut or Deutsche Bank as agreed upon.
- Payment is non-refundable once work has begun.
- Refunds are only available in cases where the Artist fails to fulfill obligations and are subject to individual negotiation.COPYRIGHT & USAGE:
- Copyright remains exclusively with the Artist unless otherwise negotiated.
- The Client has the right to use the commissioned work for personal purposes, but any commercial use or resale requires prior consent from the Artist.FIXES & EDITS:
- Initial fixes and editing are included in the commission price, 3 times in total.
- Additional fixes or modifications may incur additional charges depending on complexity.PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USAGE:
- Personal use of the commissioned work is allowed without limitations. This means the Client can use the artwork for their own personal enjoyment or non-commercial projects without any restrictions.
- Commercial use, including resale or use for marketing purposes, requires prior agreement and additional compensation. This means that if the Client intends to use the artwork for any commercial purposes, such as selling it or using it in promotional materials, they must first obtain the Artist's consent and may need to pay an additional fee.SCOPE OF WORK:
- The Artist agrees to create artwork as described in the commission request provided by the Client. Any changes or modifications to the initial request must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.TIMELINE:
- The Artist will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the artwork. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the Artist will communicate any changes in the timeline to the Client.CONFIDENTIALITY:
- Both parties agree to keep all communication and details related to the commission confidential unless required by law.LIABILITY:
- The Artist is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client as a result of using the commissioned artwork. The Client acknowledges that the artwork is provided "as is."DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
- In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through amicable negotiations. If unsuccessful, either party may seek legal action in accordance with applicable laws.GOVERNING LAW:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.By proceeding with the commission, the Client indicates their understanding and agreement with the terms outlined in this document.
